Medic Copilot
Voice-to-note documentation support for clinicians, with the clinician reviewing every note.
Problem
Clinical documentation takes time away from patient care, and incomplete or inconsistent notes reduce the quality of the medical record.
Intended users
Clinicians who write consultation notes, initially in Mexico.
Hypothesis
- A voice-to-note workflow with clinician review can reduce documentation time without lowering note quality.
Status
Status: Prototype
Evidence
Evidence still needed
Clinician review of notes produced from approved synthetic consultations, measuring editing time and completeness against a manual baseline.
Limitations
- Early prototype; not available for clinical use.
- All examples use synthetic material, never real patient data.

Medic Copilot explores whether speech recognition and language models can turn a consultation into a structured draft note that the clinician reviews and approves. The clinician remains responsible for every note.
